Here's a wonderful cocktail that my bestest-friend Elizabeth and I came up with one night. And we got totally smashed. But they're bright pink, girly, and sweet. Perfect for a girl's-night-out, or a treat-yourself-right spa night.

Pink Elizabeths

1 bottle of peach-flavoured sparkling water (Clearly Canadian or other)
Grenadine
Maraschino Cherries
Vodka (Skyy is really nice, or if you want to be really Canadian about it choose Iceberg)

Fill a glass almost full of the peach water. Add a shot (or two, depending on tastes) of vodka, as well as a dash of grenadine. Toss in a cherry and you're set!
