It's funny, I REALLY dislike this book but I suppose the description suits me. Personally, I like Lucy Maud Montgomery's Emily series: Emily of New Moon, Emily Climbs, and Emily's Quest. Although I don't like the new covers they've given them. I like the original illustrated ones, that I believe Lucy requested herself.
